Went to Seven Luck Casino today and finally decided to give a try in playing Blackjack. The rules were quite different from what we normally played in Singapore. At first, the hong kongers and us pooled our money together hoping that we can minimize our risks together. However, we ended up losing everything. Since I was really determined, I decided to just try my own luck. I took out another 20,000 to play. I am really lucky to recoup back my losses and won another 60,000(equivalent to $70) which I am contented. I told myself that I should just stop. Really thank god for my fu inside my red wallet that have given me those luck (xie xie duo bei). Unfortunately, Shan was not that lucky and she was losing. Since I am winning, I thought I can share my luck with her and help her to recoup back her losses too. I was too naive to have the mind-set that I will continue to win. Perphaps the banker was too lucky. I began to lose and I even start losing my 60,000. Ultimately, we decided to call it a day when we continually lost a few rounds. Thus, I walked home with 35,000 won. I decided to gave 20,000 to shan, hoping that, that will cheer her up, since I know, she is on a tight budget and cannot afford to lose. Nevertheless, I still won 15,000won today. ALthough ompared to the initial winning, this amount seems small, I should be contented that I managed to recoup back my losses and earned some extra cash. I think I am hooked. I look forward to my next casino experience at lotte instead since their minimum bet is half of Seven Luck Casino. I wish......to win more money. Hoping that money will drop down from the sky =D
Shall sleep and pray that tomorrow's korean conversation test will be smooth and easy for me. Lastly, hope baby's health is ok. I'm really worried when he told me that his symptoms is back. Please Please let him be ok and healthy. Get well soon my dear.

Fireworks
Had an awesome time at the Busan Fireworks today. Was totally mesmerised by the beauty of fireworks at such close distant. Really feel good to be a tourist here. I feel like I am a VIP. Received nice badge to indicate I'm a tourist and was given the privilege to sit and watch one hour long of non-stop fireworks by Italy, Protugal and China. The locals here ain't so lucky like us, they have to squeeze among the crowd and stand to watch the fireworks (just like what we normally do in Singapore). The view was simply perfect, ahead of me was the grand Ganwali Bridge lighted up by spotlights and we were seated at the beach. It's really romantic and the fireworks was so close to me, full view without blockage by buildings or trees. For that moment, I really wish you were here by my side watching this magnificient fireworks with me =). The night was chilling with the sea breeze and the beach was really beautiful. I wish that we will have the opportunity to watch fireworks together in the future. Maybe we can come down to Busan together for their firework festival.
Went back to dorm with Jeslin as the rest went for chicken & beer. We took the train towards the wrong direction. The mrt system here is really weird. Once you took to the wrong direction you got to tap out of the station and walk across to another gantry-retap again. Meaning you paid again to enter the gantry opposite. In order to save money, I decided to approach the officer. Although we can't really communicate, he somehow managed to understand what I was trying to say in english. Thankfully, the change of track is FOC. haha I'm super auntie to do all these just to save a few cents. Ate hot dog bun for dinner on my way back. Was stupid again to misunderstand the price for the bun. Thought it was only 1500 won but ended up it's actually 2500 for that (equavilant to $3). Wanted to save money actually since I can get cup noodles or the egg & ham sandwich for only 1000 or 1500 won respectively). Nevertheless, it was a good try as the hot dog was delicious. Grilled on the spot and it's hot providing me with warm that I needed so badly.
Bought a new pair of shoes today. It's a pink flats really love it. It's handmade and with the "made in korea" label, I willingly paid 45000won($52 for it) as we successfully cut 4000 won since three of us bought from that store(It's call spur). Collected my winter boots that I paid last week. It's really nice and I love it so much. I was quite upset with the uncle at first as he forcefully made me try on size 23.5 when I ordered size 24. Thought he was cheating me at first as it was really uncomfortable wearing the 23.5. However, after he expanded the shoes using a machine, I managed to put my foot into the boots and it fit me perfectly. (Shall upload photos once my mid-terms are over) =).

Busan international firework festival
=) Had been very busy these few weeks travelling around other cities out of Busan. Just attended a free concert at Gwangali Beach..it's awesome!!! Plus it's free! Feel so good to be a tourist haha. Everything was good except the rain, was disappointed at first as all the seats were wet and muddy. Was surprised that the organiser provided us with raincoats. That's very sweet of them. The atmosphere was supreme, i feel so good to wave the lightstick and sing along although I cant really figure out what were the lyrics!Really enjoyed myself with shan haha at least I have someone to HIGH with me. I must comment about the Korean pop stars. They are really damn hot! Pretty and handsome. One will simply melt when you see them performed on stage. I love to watch them dance. Took lot's of photos as I can't control my excitement, I'm simply immersed myself to the music and the ocassional fireworks that appear just right in front of me!That's what kept me going, embracing the strong rain and wind. It's freaking cold out there and my camera was soaked with the heavy rain. Saw BOA and I think she look really different, we were discussing if she did cosmetic surgery as she aged so much to the extend that one couldnt really recognise her. (will upload the photos soon when i have the time)
Had my 1500 won egg and ham sandwich which is not prepared with good hygience. Nevertheless, it is still delicious and I didnt suffer from food poisoning. Now am enjoying my hot but diluted milo. Shall end off and start my revision for mid-term which is 3 days away and I have not started preparing! I'm too slack already!Lastly, hope baby's rashes will recover! Good News Bad News
A fatique day travelling to Ulsan. Shall delicate one blog post for my trip to Ulsan another day. Need to recharge for tomorrow's Daejon 2 day 1 night trip after settling all the miscellenous stuff. Was Really happy as I enjoyed the trip today and Joel finally received my parcel!

Monday 11 October
I'm suffering from a headache and stiff shoulders, really need someone to massage it for me. I miss your massage =P! Was suprised to see letters from my mailbox at the basement. For a split second, I thought Joel had mailed me something. Haha..The letter was actually a thank-you letter from Evadne, expressing her appreciation towards us for planning a surprise on her bdae. So sweet of her to do something like that.
After a acceptable dorm dinner (pork cutlet, cream soup and salad), I ate baskin Robbins with the gals outside our convenience store. Now I know why people ask me to try out Baskin Robbins ice cream here as it is simply so delicious. Nevertheless, I can't really tell the difference between this and Ben & Jerry.
Finally feel relieved that the webcam website at home is finally up again, perhaps someone read my post for yesterday and responded =). Logged in and saw they were having dinner. I miss mum's cooking and sitting down to have dinner together with all of them. Here's the snapshot:
I miss my seat over at the corner of the table at the left hand side. Saw lucus in the video and realise he has grown up..I miss all of you, my lovely family.
TOday is the 3rd day I mailed out the parcel to you, don't know when will it reach you dear. Maybe I should not be too impatience since it's over the weekend. the postman might not be working. Hopefully it will reach on the 13 October, our anniversary.
Well, later I am going to pamper myself. Time to re-paint my ugly nails, put on blackhead remover masks, sleeping masks and sleep. Tomorrow is tuesday, long day for school but still shorter and more relax compared to school in SMU.

At this point of time
Cant help but starting to feel emotional..Perphaps I misses Joel, my family and my lovely group of girl friends too much. Dreamt of Wang Wang today. Although it was only a dream, I felt abit upset when Wang Wang couldnt recognise me after 4 months away from home. I feel abit cut-off from home as the camera system at home is down, couldnt log in to view what's happening now. I can't see what's mum is doing, what's lucus is doing and the rest of them.
Realised today is Sunday,I misses travelling out with my parents to have breakfast together. Our usual bak ku teh, fish soup and dim sum for breakfast. Misses spending weekends with Joel. (Hope he's better with his throat, coping well with upcoming quizzes, having enough sleep, having enough social life so that he can stop feeling lonely). Feel really guilty to left him in Singapore, handling stress from schoolwork alone while I'm relaxing and enjoying myself here. I'm so sorry!I'm hoping the small parcel I sent out to you, can reach you safely. Thinking about how you will react to this little surprise for you, hope that it helps to perk you up abit.
